The Onyx Program
One jar, a lifetime of scent.
Each Scintilla candle lives in a single, hand-carved onyx jar. When the wax is done, clean the jar and order a refill. It ships pre-packaged in a seed paper sleeve for 40 percent less. The jar never leaves your shelf.

Burn slowly
Light for four hours at a time. Small lasts 24 hours, medium 48, large 80.

Clean the jar
When the wax is done, wipe the jar clean. Takes about two minutes.
iii.
Receive a refill
Same scent or a new one. Poured, wicked, and sleeved in seed paper.
iv.
Plant the sleeve
Wildflowers for the studio garden, and yours. The loop closes.

From the studio
Poured by hand, in small numbers.
We pour in batches of sixty. Each candle is rested for fourteen days before it leaves the studio, long enough for the parfum to settle into the wax and the wick to breathe.
Nothing here is accidental: the onyx is quarried in Pakistan and carved in a workshop we visit twice a year. The wicks are cotton, the wax pure soy, the fragrance IFRA certified.
